Claim Specialists International, Ltd. (CSI) was founded in 1993 by Karen Neri and Stephen Leedecke.

CSI implemented a common sense approach to business resulting in improved service while reducing the cost of adjustments.

The company was the first and remains the only entertainment adjusting firm to employ a full-time production accountant/line producer with industry experience. This innovation enabled the firm to streamline the adjustment and audit process while maintaining the ability to prioritize case management.

The flexibility of a small, “boutique” firm, has allowed CSI to assemble a team of uniquely qualified entertainment adjusters and technical consultants who are fully versed in the complexities of this specialized industry.

Combined, CSI adjusters have over 100 years of insurance adjusting experience, the majority of which is entertainment related.

Likewise, the team of entertainment technical consultants have over 100 years of production experience serving in various capacities.

Karen Neri subsequently sold her interest in Claim Specialists International, Ltd. to the current partners. The service standards and depth of experience in which CSI was founded remain the same for today’s industry challenges. The goal has been and always will be to provide the highest possible level of service and expertise in the adjustment of entertainment and contingency claims.
